• Method 1:

The data set can be downloaded using the command 'wget' followed by the URL of the data file name. Here is the example of the shell script to download the F13 rain rate ascii data from 1995 to 2006. To download the 'F14' data set, one can just modify the script by changing from 'F13' to 'F14'.
