Prof. Vikas Chandhoke, the Dean of College of Science (COS) and Prof. John Qu, the Director of ESTC, hosted the opening reception to welcome the arrival of the training attandees from Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute (NHRI),P.R.China on October 19, 2009. The NHRI team leading by Prof. Yuebo Cai will have a 19-day training on "Advance Hydrology and Climate Change" at GMU Fairfax campus hold by COS.
